Our Refund and cancellation Policy

Awaiting Adventures We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the commitments we make on your behalf with our vendors and partners.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Time Before Departure Cancellation Charges
More than 30 days 10% of the package cost (processing fee)
15 – 30 days 25% of the package cost
7 – 14 days 50% of the package cost
Less than 7 days 100% of the package cost (no refund)

Note: Visa fees, travel insurance, and flight tickets are non-refundable once issued.

2. Cancellation by Awaiting Adventures

In the rare event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), customers will be offered: A full refund OR
A credit note/voucher for the full amount (valid for 1 year)
Refund Processing Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Convenience or transaction fees (UPI, bank, credit card charges) are non-refundable.

4. No Show / Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for: No-shows or late arrivals Unused services or early departures during the trip

5. Custom Packages and Non-Refundable Components

Some customized packages may have stricter cancellation policies depending on the airline/hotel/vendor terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.>

6. Force Majeure

Awaiting Adventures shall not be liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural calamities, acts of God, government orders, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, we will work with vendors to get the best possible refund/reschedule option.
